With hundreds of shots taken in the past few days Its almost impossible to look at them all but I spent a little time this afternoon going through some of them. Whilst photographing the Wood Sandpipers the other day at Reculver there was also a quite obliging Greenshank and Common Sandpiper, more species that traditionally you never get near too a Reculver but a rare chance was had to grab a few shots.
Common Sandpiper
Greenshank
Yesterday prior to the marathon run to get the Pectoral Sandpiper was a gentle affair looking for butterflies where a good number of shots were taken again of a few species.
Brown Argus
Hopefully out in the morning, I may try again for the Pectoral Sandpiper and hope if everyone is at work that I may be able to get a few better shots than I did yesterday without every cyclist, jogger and dog walker flushing the bird. Failing that another look for the Mandarin and Long tailed Blue I suspect if the weather is in my favour.
Common Blue
Clouded Yellow
Some excellent shots today Marc, very impressed with the waders, not easy to get near to, especially with all that disturbance. good luck for tomorrow though ;-)
